- Ankerite is named after Professor M. J. Anker, an Austrian mineralogist. Ankerite is a calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese carbonate mineral of the group of rhombohedral carbonates with formula: Ca(Fe,Mg,Mn)(CO3)2. In composition it is closely related to dolomite, but differs from this in having magnesium replaced by varying amounts of iron(II) and manganese.
- It was the year 1997, when Ankerite group of institutions laid down the foundation of Ankerite Group of Companies and Institutions. We entered the education stream in the year 2006. We have Paramedical College for Physiotherapy G.N.M. ( General Nursing & Midwifery) and A.N.M. ( Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery).
- Ankerite International Institute of Medical Sciences has been established to overcome the inevitable demand of highly trained and qualified personals in Uttar Pradesh and across India.
- Ankerite Industrial Centre, Ronald Industrial Centre, Ankerite P.S. Academy with all streams, Ronald Pvt. Industrial Training Centre and Ankerite Pvt. Industrial Training Centre.
- In 2017, we started ANKERITE AYURVEDIC MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL, that strictly follows the norms of CCIM ( Central Council of Indian Medicine ).
- In 2019, we add another feather to our wings like Nursing & Pharmacy in Ayurveda; Pharmacy in homeopath to our ANKERITE AYURVEDIC MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL.
- In 2019, we started a new stream like Ankerite college of Pharmacy which are approved by AICTE & PCI New Delhi and affiliated to AKTU & BTE, Lucknow.
